Moscow Mule

Traditionally served in a copper mug because copper conducts temperature that keeps the mule cold, and because cold copper seems to intensify the fizziness, this ginger, lime and mint drink will taste amazing however you serve it!

Ingredients:

  • 45ml vodka
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1cm knob fresh ginger, finely sliced
  • Sprig of fresh mint
  • 100ml ginger beer
  • Fresh lime and mint, to garnish

Method:

  1. Pour vodka and lime juice into a cocktail mixer over mint and fresh ginger.
  2. Muddle until fragrant, then strain liquid into a glass or copper mug with ice.
  3. Top with ginger beer, garnish with lime and mint and serve.
