Irish Mule

You’re probably used to the classic Moscow Mule; this is pretty much the same thing, except with whiskey instead of the traditional vodka. Technically served in a copper mug, but no-one will judge if you’re giving them a tasty Irish cocktail!

SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml Irish whiskey
  • 150ml ginger beer
  • 1 lime
  • Ice

Top Tip

Don’t use a cheap ginger beer; it’ll ruin your beautiful Irish whiskey. There are some amazing craft ginger beers around these days; try Kereru Ginger Beer or Good Sh*t Ginger Beer – or try making your own!
