1. Secure Storage Matters
Use a solid-rated bike rack designed for the extra weight of e-bikes. Remove the battery during travel to reduce load and protect electronics.
2. Charge Whenever You Can
Top up your battery at holiday parks, campsites, or use onboard inverters. Regular small charges are healthier for the battery than running it flat.
3. Learn Your Ideal Riding Mode
Automatic shifting helps with gears, but you can still choose your power assist level. Eco for long rides, Turbo for hills, and Tour for everyday exploring.
4. Pack A Small Roadside Kit
Carry a multi-tool, mini pump, spare tube, and tyre levers. Even in remote areas, most punctures are fixable.
5. Keep It Clean
A quick wipe-down after beach rides or gravel tracks keeps the drivetrain running smoothly and extends component life.
6. Test Your Range Before Long Adventures
Each trip, weather, and terrain can change your range. The automatic model’s efficient shifting extends it, but it’s still good practice to test.
