The Greyhound

Spring mocktail: The Greyhound

The Greyhound is a two-part cocktail that can be made in minutes. Composed of gin or vodka and grapefruit juice, it’s simple, tart, and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 1 part Ecology & Co London Dry
  • 3 parts ruby red grapefruit juice to top
  • Your choice of garnish (we used organic hibiscus from nineflowers.nz)

Method

  • Fill a glass with ice, then top with equal parts London Dry and grapefruit juice. Stir gently before adding your garnish. Enjoy!

Embrace the nuances of beautifully crafted botanicals with the Ecology & Co range of alcohol-free spirits. Made in Aotearoa, the London Dry delivers a traditional blend of juniper, coriander, and lemon, with floral and pine notes for those looking for an alternative to the traditional G&T, while the Asian Spice offers a complex blend of cardamom, cassia, sweet basil, and citrus for those looking to spice up their mocktail offerings.
