Creamy Chocolate Dream

This alcoholic milkshake is one for when the night is cold, the door’s shut and you’re settling in for the night. Chocolatey and delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Baileys
  • 45ml white crème de cacao
  • 100ml chocolate milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
  • 2 squares dark chocolate

METHOD

  1. Fill a large glass with ice. Pour over Baileys, white crème de cacao and
    chocolate milk and stir.
  2. Top with a scoop of chocolate ice cream and
    finish by grating dark chocolate over the top.
  3. Pop in a straw and enjoy.
