Classic Whisky Highball

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml whisky
  • 150ml sparkling water
  • Zest of 1⁄2 lemon

METHOD

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the whisky and top with
    sparkling water.
  3. Add the lemon zest and stir gently to
    combine the flavours. Serve immediately.

Top tip: Replace the sparkling water with ginger ale
for a slightly sweeter flavour.
