INGREDIENTS
- 50ml whisky
- 150ml sparkling water
- Zest of 1⁄2 lemon
METHOD
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour in the whisky and top with
sparkling water. - Add the lemon zest and stir gently to
combine the flavours. Serve immediately.
Top tip: Replace the sparkling water with ginger ale
for a slightly sweeter flavour.
