Blueberry Gin Breezer

Blueberry and thyme are the most delicious combination, especially when mixed into a gin. I used Greenall’s Blueberry London Gin for this drink, but many of the flavoured gins will work well here.

Ingredients

  • 45ml flavoured gin
  • 50ml lemonade
  • 50ml elderflower tonic water
  • Ice
  • Few sprigs thyme
  • Edible flowers and/or blueberries, to serve

Method

Pour gin, lemonade and tonic water over a glass half-filled with ice. Stir some of the thyme directly into the drink, and garnish with another small sprig, to serve.

Top Tip:

Freeze some edible flowers, thyme or blueberries in your ice tray with the water when making ice cubes that continue to deliver on flavour as you drink.
