The Berkshire is imported into New Zealand to Auckland Motorhomes at Takanini by June and Des Wardell.
The Berkshire is in the luxury category of motorhomes, 7.29 metres in length and built on a Mercedes 315 chassis with all modern fittings for comfort and style.
Some of the notable features of the Berkshire are as follows:
- The very comfortable lounge is at the rear of the vehicle and converts to a good size bed
- A second double bed is well set up in the Luton
- All windows are double-glazed with blinds and fly screens. There is a blind on the front windscreen.
- The walls, ceiling and floor of the home are well insulated
- When retracted the awning is recessed and flush with the line of the home
- The bench has an innovative extension cupboard
- In the bathroom there is a swiveling wall separating the shower from the toilet
