The major advantage gained using Black & Decker’s new Lithium Ion battery-powered cordless drill is that it does not lose power between uses like batteries do, making it always ready when needed.
Black & Decker has recently introduced this sleek, new cordless drill featuring a long lasting Lithium Ion battery – the first of its kind on the New Zealand market.
“The Lithium Ion 14.4-volt is powerful, compact, and built for convenience,” says Alex Blanco, Brand Manager for Black & Decker.
“You can pull it out when those small jobs arise and it still has the grunt to tackle serious DIY projects.”
Another convenient feature is the handy charge indicator that tells you how much power is left in the drill.
The Lithium Ion comes with a keyless chuck, a two-speed gearbox and a five-position clutch that provides just the right amount of torque for tightening screws or drilling. The handy variable speed reverse action also assists in removing screws and jammed drill bits.
Accompanied by a range of drill bits and a recharge station, the Lithium Ion comes with a full four-year warranty, and is available now from hardware retailers. RRP $270.
