A rich, fudgy chocolate base topped with crispy bacon for the perfect sweet and salty treat
Ingredients
- 250g butter
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 ½ cups white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup standard flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 8 pieces of grilled bacon, finely chopped
Method
- Turn your Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Oven dial to bake, and fill your pellet hopper with Ninja Woodfire Pellets. Click the Woodfire button and set your temperature to 1800C for 25 minutes. Press the Start button.
- Melt butter in a mixing bowl then add cocoa, sugar and vanilla essence. Add eggs, then sift in flour and baking powder and mix well. Place the brownie mixture in a baking tray, with baking paper. Sprinkle your finely chopped bacon pieces on top.
- Once your oven has reached temperature, place the brownie inside and cook. Rest for an hour or until the brownie has firmed up. Slice and serve.
