No camping trip is complete without a delicious marshmallow dessert! This simple Rocky Road recipe is a good one to have when you’ve got friends and neighbours over – it’ll be hoovered up in minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
200g dark chocolate
70g butter
100g Maltesers
30g macadamia nuts (or crushed biscuits), broken
50g marshmallows
Pinch salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat and set aside to cool. Add Maltesers, macadamia nuts or biscuits, marshmallows and a little salt, and gently fold into the chocolate. Pour into a container and refrigerate for at least an hour. Cut into squares and serve.
