These tasty treats are easy peasy, super healthy, and delicious as a transportable snack. The best bit is, you can pick whatever fruit you have on the day.

INGREDIENTS
- 400g vanilla yoghurt
- Couple of handfuls granola (pick your favourite)
- 1-2 punnets of your favourite fruit (bluerries, raspberries, mango etc)
- Runny honey
- Mint leaves
METHOD

Using clean jars with lids, spoon a couple of generous tablespoons of yoghurt into the bottom of the jar.

Gently crush the granola onto the top (you can use any cereal you like – try Nutri-Grain or Coco Pops for the kids) and pile fruit onto the top.

Drizzle with a little runny honey, top with mint and screw lids on tight. Keep in a refrigerator bag until ready to serve.
