Ingredients
- 250g dark chocolate, chopped
- 300ml thickened cream
- 2 tbsp Grand Marnier or other liqueur of choice strawberries, to serve
Method
- Combine chocolate, cream and liqueur in a saucepan. Heat on low, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes until melted and smooth.
- Transfer to a fondue dish and keep warm over a gentle flame, stirring often. Remove and cool.
- Serve immediately with strawberries (or other fruit) on a stick.
