Dry July

Zero alcohol drinks

Enjoy the freedom of delicious cocktails and mixes this July, whether you’re embracing Dry July or just looking for drinks to enjoy without the need to worry about alcohol limits and driving. We’re sharing some of our favourite flavourful creations that offer all the elegance, visual appeal, and, more importantly, taste, but minus the alcohol. Dry July is an annual fundraiser that aims to raise funds for New Zealanders affected by cancer (dryjuly.co.nz).

Keep your spirits up

If the zero-alcohol range of Lyre’s spirits is new on your radar, prepare your tastebuds for a treat. This lovingly crafted range of alcohol-free drinks offers a true alternative to classic spirits, such as bourbon, gin, and even whisky. Lyre’s has rocketed to success globally, winning acclaim (and awards) along the way. Of note is the innovative non-alcoholic Highland Malt, the whisky-style beverage somehow capturing the essence of a blended malt whisky.

With a surprising complexity of flavour, these spirited offerings are a refreshing revelation for those looking to enjoy sophisticated drinks minus the potential hangover.

Curious AF

Dry July

For convenience on the road, the range of non-alcoholic cocktails delivers flavours such as Sparkling Rose, Classic G&T, Apero Spritz and Grapefruit Margarita. No need for mixers or extras, just pour and add garnish to ‘pretty up’ the presentation.

Grapefruit Margarita

Enjoy the cooling freshness of lime and pink grapefruit, with the heat of Mexican chilli for a perfectly cool, yet hot taste sensation. To take the presentation up a notch, run a wedge of lime around your glass and dip the edge in chilli salt. Add a slice of lime or ruby grapefruit as garnish.
