Thunder Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 35ml Thunder Toffee Vodka
- 20ml Kaluha or Tia Maria
- 1 shot fresh espresso
Method
Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker, and shake hard with cubed ice. Strain and pour into a martini glass.
Optional garnish: three coffee beans and cocoa powder.
Thunder Berry Prosecco
Ingredients
- Fresh raspberries
- 30ml Thunder Toffee Vodka
- 30ml Raspberry Syrup
- Top up with Prosecco
Method
Add both shots of Thunder Toffee Vodka and Raspberry syrup to a champagne flute. Top up with Prosecco.
