Spring mocktails: golden tonic

Packed with one of nature’s most powerful anti-inflammatory agents, this golden tonic is a truly delicious way to get your turmeric fix. Garnished with violas for a little extra spring impact.


  • 50ml Ecology & Co Asian spice
  • 1 tsp grated fresh turmeric
  • Ginger beer or ginger kombucha to top up


  • Shake all the ingredients with ice. Fine strain into a tumbler with ice. Fill with ginger beer or ginger kombucha. Top with your favourite garnish.
