Get the party started with this super-simple summer sipper that gets every party started – even the little gatherings!
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle sparkling wine
- 80ml peach schnapps
- 500ml ginger ale
- 1 can tinned peaches
- 1 fresh peach, to garnish
METHOD
- Blend the tinned peaches in a bowl.
- Pour sparkling wine, peach schnapps, ginger beer and about half the syrup over the blended peaches.
- Stir, then pour into champagne glasses.
- Serve with a slice of peach

This cocktail loves fresh herbs; add a sprig of thyme, mint or a basil leaf for extra flavour.
