Sparkling Peach Punch

Get the party started with this super-simple summer sipper that gets every party started – even the little gatherings! 

SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle sparkling wine
  • 80ml peach schnapps
  • 500ml ginger ale
  • 1 can tinned peaches
  • 1 fresh peach, to garnish

METHOD

  1. Blend the tinned peaches in a bowl.
  2. Pour sparkling wine, peach schnapps, ginger beer and about half the syrup over the blended peaches.
  3. Stir, then pour into champagne glasses.
  4. Serve with a slice of peach

Hot Tip

This cocktail loves fresh herbs; add a sprig of thyme, mint or a basil leaf for extra flavour.
