Simple and refreshing, this is a modern twist on a traditional whisky sour cocktail that gets happy hour off to a great start.
Ingredients:
- 45ml bourbon
- Juice of 1⁄2 lemon
- 15ml simple syrup
- 100ml soda water
- Sprig rosemary and lemon slices, to garnish
Method:
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Cover and shake well.
- Pour into a glass and top with soda water.
- Garnish with rosemary and lemon and serve.
