Rosemary Lemon Bourbon

Simple and refreshing, this is a modern twist on a traditional whisky sour cocktail that gets happy hour off to a great start.

Ingredients:

  • 45ml bourbon
  • Juice of 1⁄2 lemon
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 100ml soda water
  • Sprig rosemary and lemon slices, to garnish

Method:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Cover and shake well.
  3. Pour into a glass and top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with rosemary and lemon and serve.
