Organic Gin Martini

Perfect organic gin martini

New Zealand is making its mark in the drinks world; this delicious gin martini uses organic gin and vermouth from Hastings Distillers and we reckon James Bond would love it.

If you happen to be travelling through or staying in Hastings, this dynamic business is well worth a visit (in particular, the Tasting Room, where you can sample the products and enjoy a drink and a bite to eat). There’s also the option for a bespoke experience with the master distiller, which includes a fascinating discussion around distillation and bio-organic practices if you’re interested in learning more about these beautifully crafted New Zealand gin offerings. Hastings Distillers is New Zealand’s first producer of certified organic artisan spirits and liqueurs.
