Perfect Organic Gin Martini
Ingredients
- 12.5ml Hastings Distillers Aubyn Blanc Extra
- Dry Vermouth
- 62.5ml Hastings Distillers East Block 200 Gin Ice
- Garnish of choice
Method
Measure the vermouth and gin and stir over ice until well chilled. Strain into a cold martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist, a cocktail onion, or green olives.
