Citrus cocktail

Orange Spritzer

Traditionally served in a copper mug because copper conducts temperature that keeps the mule cold, and because cold copper seems to intensify the fizziness, this ginger, lime and mint drink will taste amazing however you serve it!

Ingredients:

45ml Aperol
60ml prosecco
60ml soda water
Ice and fresh orange slices, to serve

Method:

Fill a wine glass with ice. Add Aperol and prosecco, and top with soda water. Serve with a couple of slices of fresh orange.

TOP TIP:
For extra flavour (and to show off), finish your Orange Spritzer by twisting a piece of orange zest, and use a lighter to ignite the zest over the top of the drink, making it spark.
