INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle prosecco
- 1 can (225g) pineapple rings in juice
- 800ml ginger beer
- Lemon wheel and mint to garnish
- Ice
METHOD

Pour the prosecco, juice from the pineapple rings, and ginger beer into a pitcher with plenty of ice and stir well.

Garnish with lemon and mint, and serve.
Pro Tip
Add a few slices of fresh ginger to the pitcher if you have it, and finish off your drink by grating a little over the top of the glass.
