Apple Mint Mojito

Apple and mint is a pairing that’s just a delight. Make the most of crisp, seasonal apples in this take on the traditional mojito that uses vodka in place of rum.

INGREDIENTS

  • Handful fresh mint (save some for garnish)
  • 45ml vodka
  • 45ml apple juice
  • 10ml simple syrup
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced

METHOD

  1. In a cocktail shaker or glass, muddle the mint leaves.
  2. Add ice, vodka, apple juice and simple syrup.
  3. Shake or stir to mix, pour into a glass with ice and serve with apple slices and a fresh mint sprig.
