This summery Italian wine-based cocktail is so easy, you’ll be making them all summer long!
SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS
- 100ml Aperol
- 250ml prosecco
- Soda water, to top up
- Ice
- Fresh orange wedges
- 2 small sprigs rosemary
METHOD

Place a few ice cubes in a wine glass. Divide Aperol evenly between the two glasses, do the same with the prosecco and top up with soda water.

Squeeze an orange wedge into the drink before dropping it in. Serve immediately.
