Rose Rabbit Butterscotch Sublime

Small-batch and handcrafted from a secret family recipe, Rose Rabbit Butterscotch Liqueur is decadently sweet, with toasty, buttery notes married with robust Cardrona Single Malt.

Ingredients

  • 45ml Rose Rabbit Butterscotch Liqueur
  • Freshly squeezed lime quarter

Method


  • Add Rose Rabbit Butterscotch Liqueur to a short glass with cubed ice and squeeze fresh lime to taste.

Cardrona Distillery

Rose Rabbit orange liqueur is handmade with the best of natural ingredients. The small-batch liqueur is made from soaking delicious New Zealand orange peel in Cardrona Distillery’s own rich unaged Single Malt spirit. Perfect neat, over ice, or mixed in a classic cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 45ml Rose Rabbit Orange Liqueur
  • 30ml pineapple juice
  • 30ml cranberry juice
  • 5ml passionfruit syrup
  • Half a small passionfruit or a single rose, to garnish

Method

  • In a Boston shaker, add liqueur, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and passionfruit pulp. Shake vigorously.
  • Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel and passionfruit or rose.
