There’s something deeply satisfying about the art of organised packing. Individual packing cells, monogramming, and personalised accessories have rocketed into popularity across social media, as more of us seek clever and compact storage solutions.
This month we’re celebrating the work of Miro Vingoe, founder of By.Hoshi, a New Zealand business dedicated to the art of monogramming and personalising accessories regularly used for packing and travelling.
The By.Hoshi collection of accessories is monogrammed in New Zealand and includes larger items such as a travel/overnight bag, cosmetic bag, jewellery case, and clear essentials storage pouch through to card files, key rings, luggage tags, and notebooks.
Based in Mangawhai, Northland, Miro founded the business in 2021, driven by her passion for creativity and attention to detail, as well as a desire to create a business that allowed her to work around the demands of motherhood while showing her two young children ways to think outside the square and learn new skills.
“Using a hot foil press, we specialise in monogramming initials onto items – not only is this the perfect special gift for any occasion, but monogrammed items are also excellent for those who enjoy travelling, whether solo or in a group.
