By entering the Resene Reno competition by MCD Media Limited entrants agree that their entries may be used for promotional purposes, including being featured in the print publication and website and associated social media channels of MCD Media Ltd. By entering this competition, you agree to receive promotional emails from MCD Media Ltd and Resene. You can unsubscribe and opt-out at any time. MCD Media Ltd staff are not eligible to enter. All entries must be via the competition entry form on www.nzmcd.co.nz/resene-reno/. All entries must be uploaded by midnight on 30 November 2023.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Promoter is MCD Media Limited (MCD) through its website www.nzmcd.co.nz, Motorhomes Caravans & Destinations magazine, and associated social media channels (the “Promoter”). The promotional partner is Resene. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees and contractors of Motorhomes Caravans & Destination magazine, MCD, the Promoter, promotional partners, associated sponsor(s), and their immediate families and agencies are not permitted to enter. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
HOW TO ENTER: Information and photos of the entrants’ Resene renovation are to be entered through the New Zealand Motorhomes, Caravans and Destinations online entry form: www.nzmcd.co.nz/resene-reno/
DATES: The competition starts on 7 September 2023. Entries must be received before midnight on 30 November 2023.
PRIZE: The prize consists of a $1,000 Resene ColorShop voucher, $300 Prezzy Card, and a 12-month subscription to Motorhomes, Caravans & Destinations magazine. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter and their agents are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the promotion or accepting or using the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. The prize is subject to standard terms and conditions of Resene and Prezzy card (https://www.prezzycard.co.nz/terms-and-conditions)
PRIZE DELIVERY: MCD Media Ltd are not liable for damage to prizes sent by post or courier.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be contacted using the details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days then MCD Media Ltd reserves the right to redraw the prize.
NO CORRESPONDENCE: The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
NOT REDEEMABLE: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.
INFORMATION: By entering the Competition, winners agree to their names being published.
